Graffiti Knitting

I love it when I stumble upon some rare samples of graffiti knitting on the street. It seems like it’s becoming more common too which makes me happy. I’ve bumped into covered lamp posts, bikes – I’ve even seen people sitting in a room where the entire room AND the people are knitted over. The other day I was walking through Williamsburg and saw Magda Sayeg‘s commissioned “Plan Ahead” piece for The North Brooklyn Public Art Coalition. Really cool. (Images above are more examples of Sayeg’s work)
